MO Lobbyists EPIC MELTDOWN 🔥
How the the School Choice ™️ Lobbyists lost their minds today on social media.
It’s not everyday you see a group of lobbyists and their minions lose their minds (literally lost it) on Twitter and go after a freshman House Representative.
Today was one of those days. Quite the sight, but also a bit horrifying.
Lobbyists, paid shills, and washed up politicians went after freshman House Representative Chris Lonsdale for one vote. A vote they were going to bank on, literally.
( They are still going after him as this is published.)
Who are they and who/what do they represent?
Greg Keller
Treasurer of Senator Mary Elizabeth Coleman’s PAC, Conservative Solutions for Missouri PAC.
Keller/Coleman’s PAC has been heavily funded by Rex Sinquefield who supports various groups like Show-Me Institute and CEAM (Children’s Education Alliance of Missouri). Sinquefield contributed $125,000 to Coleman’s PAC last election cycle (2022) for Missouri Senate Race.
Keller sits on the Board of Show-Me Institute with Sinquefield.
NOTE: Sinquefield’s organization, CEAM, heavily pushed Common Core in 2013 while lobbyist, Kate Casas, was the Director and now lobbies for the Nexus Group. Kate now sits on the MO Public Charter Association Board. A NGO (Non-Governmental Organization) board Koenig wrote into his current 2023 Open Enrollment Bill, SB 5). More on CEAM at a later date.
Jean Evans
American Federation For Children, Missouri
MO Federation For Children brought in more than $675,000 in outside 💰💰💰as well as $126,000 from Rex Sinquefield mentioned above. They are the MO affiliate to Betsy Devos’s American Federation for Children (AFC).
You can read more about American Federation for Children, their woke (critical consciousness) approach to School Choice ™️, their ties to United Nations (UNESCO), social justice projects, and more here…
Jeremy Cady
Director, Americans for Prosperity - Missouri
Americans for Prosperity are backed by billionaire Koch brothers (now one brother) and are behind leftist groups, like Stand Together that recently supported Drag Queen Story hour at the SXSW EDU festival this month (March 6-9, 2023).
Other names in the EPIC MELTDOWN that popped up today work for AFP Foundation to conduct “grassroots” training (because a billionaire-backed group training you is grassroots 🙄). The group is call GLA (Grassroots Leadership Academy). Also known as “astroturfing”. You will see their names in the tweets below.
Waltons and Koch Brothers have joined forces and have been supporting interesting events.
Like this…
Well now that you know what these lobbyists are all about, let’s move on to the meltdown 🔥 that occurred today.
Greg Keller went on rant about freshman House Representative, Chris Lonsdale, for voting NO on the House Open Enrollment Bill, HB 253, by Rep. Pollitt out of Sedalia.
Let’s review the Tweets.
Keller posted a survey, that AFC gave him from 3 years ago in 2020 asking about School Choice programs. Like many of us, School Choice sounded good until we started reading legislation and seeing how the money flowed and started to change our minds.
Then Ryan Johnson, who also works for AFP chimed in trying to give advice to an elected State Representative. How nice of him.
Americans for Prosperity (AFP), State Director, Jeremy Cady, talking about reputation. What is he implying here?
Camellia Peterson works for AFP Foundation - GLA Training.
Here after Keller seemed to simmer and shifts gears, he instead doubled down and mentions that he “can ruin careers all day long”. Is that a threat?
As this substack is being written, more swamp comes out to also attack the Freshman Rep.
Previous Speaker of the House, Tim Jones, has just joined in. Jones is from ALEC and connected to Show-Me Institute.
ALEC is a group that passes out model Model Legislation for Big Corporations around the country to try to get all the States to pass their agendas.
There are many more, too many to show.
Next enters Herzog’s Foundation publication, The Lion, to write a hit piece on freshman Rep. Chris Lonsdale immediately today.
https://readlion.com/2023/03/15/he-flip-flopped-missouri-legislator-one-of-three-in-hot-water-over-about-face-on-school-choice/
NOTE: Herzog is an approved EAO for the Current School Choice Program and has a major conflict of interest. House Rep. Josh Hurlbert is employed by Herzog and has filed many School Choice™️ bills this session.
In the Herzog’s The Lion article, Jean Evans, from AFC, goes on about the survey that was from 3 years ago that Keller was ranting about. Evans’s group put out the survey. I guess she is now passing that survey around to people like Keller.
From the Article:
The Lion got a statement from UNESCO Corey DeAngelis who is from out of state to comment on the issue. Kinda bizarre, but okay. Also, AFP Jeremy Cady made an appearance in the article as well.
From the Article:
Right now the Legislature is on Spring Break. When they all return March 20th, 2023, there will be some interesting things to watch. Especially the lobbyists running the halls and sitting in the gallery making sure the Reps and Senators they contributed to, cast the vote their way.
Exposing them. Thank you. Going to share.
